HEATHER HONEYCAKES

Heather Honeycakes are fittingly pressed with our Scottish curling mold, and deliver the fragrant taste of heather honey. Your box of 6 are stuffed two ways (3 each):

~ with the flavours of Cranachan: sweet raspberry and honey-glazed oats
with a hint of Bourbon

~ and a highland strawberry custard with plain hazlenut butter

These soft bites of honey-baked goodness have a beautiful aroma of cinnamon, orange and ginger. The stuffed confections are quite large, and one honeycake easily satisfies four to six people for tea.
