Rich, buttery shortbread from the Highlands and Lowlands


For those who know there's no such thing as too much shortbread... We're baking the Edinburgh classic, a thin hand-thrown dough baked to a golden crisp, cut into tartan-painted wedges. It's joined by a traditional Highlands version of buttery goodness with a slight crisp, molded in rounds with our rampant lion.

Ingredients: organic flour, grass-fed sea-salted butter, sugar, corn flour, and salt. ALLERGENS: Wheat, Gluten, Dairy. Packaged in a facility shared by treenuts, peanuts, dairy, soy, and wheat products.

Carefully baked in a home kitchen by a Food Safe certified baker. 'Best by' date: May 30th, kept cool and well sealed.
