Our classic Sablé Bretons are dressed to party! We've topped them with a creamy soft Almond Custard pressed in beautiful Spring and Summer themes. Together, the dough and custard toppers are a great bite: light and delicious with just enough sweet. (Custard toppers available in many flavours!)

Sablé Bretons are a traditional favourite in the Bretagne region of northwest France, which is famed for its high quality salted butter. Like a rich shortbread, they're crumbly and buttery. The sweet dough has a light touch of salt, and they're finished with an egg glaze.

Ingredients: organic flour, butter, sugar, eggs, organic almond flour, custard powder, baking powder, and food safe colours. ALLERGENS: Wheat, Gluten, Dairy, Eggs, Treenuts. Packaged in a facility shared by treenuts, peanuts, dairy, soy, and wheat products.

Carefully baked in a home kitchen by a Food Safe certified baker. 'Best by' date: 30 days from date of purchase, kept cool and well sealed.
